Subject headings are (always in German!):
• subjects, e.g. "weinbau"
• institutions, e.g.: "heimatmuseum priorhof"
• natural spaces, z.B.: "wiedtal"
• persons, e.g.: "kügler, uli"
• names of plants or animals: e.g.: "osterglocke", "heuschrecken"

Subject headings are standardized vocabulary. They bundle up synonyms and redirect a search to the most common term. E.g.: If you search for the term "Beerdigung" (burial), the system will lead you to the term "Bestattung" (funeral).

Exact Title

Exact titles have to be searched without the definite or indefinite article at the beginning. E.g.: the title "Der JHV aus der Sicht von Jugendlichen" has to be retrieved like this: "JHV aus der Sicht von Jugendlichen".
